Landscaping Sponsorship Program 2010

Areas on the Fairgrounds:

1)      Free Stage

2)      4-H Food Stand

3)      North end of Commercial Building #1

4)      North end of Commercial Building #2

5)      Grandstand entrance

6)      Country Schoolhouse

7)      Existing bathroom facilities

8)      Flower Boxes around the grounds

Requirements:

1)      Sponsor is responsible for choosing an area listed above, designing a plan and getting it approved by the Fair Board before beginning the project.

2)      Sponsor is in charge of designing, purchasing and installing all parts of the project before July, 2010.

3)      Sponsor is either in charge of maintenance of the area or leaving detailed instructions on maintenance with the Manager of the fair.

4)      Sponsor is welcome to place recognition signage in the area sponsored.  The signage in your sponsored area should be no bigger than 4 X 8 inches in size.

5)      The Fair Board will provide all package recognition depending on your commitment.  (grandstand buttons, carnival tickets, food stand coupons, arena sign, grandstand sign, etc.)

6)      Sponsor must provide product greater than or equal to the amount of the sponsorship package.  (Ex. – Gold Club Sponsor = $500 in materials or more)
